- 1.NCPT Requieres out of state clients to book a max of 16 hours package and to cover for travel expenses.
- 2.NCPT Service rates are subject to change without notice. Please sign your quote in-order to secure offer-rates for 30 legal days.
- 3.NCPT Will NOT refund any deposits after flight-booking confirmation receipt. Flights are not refundable.
- 4.NCPT Is NOT responsible for transportation delays, canceled flights; broken machinery and or tools used to complete service labor. Client supplies router-bits.
- 5.NCPT Reserves the right to terminate QUOTE service offer if you do not comply w/its T&C.
- 6.NCPT requires a 25% deposit of the quoted total to reserve your training dates. Your dates are not held until the deposit is received.
- 7.The remaining balance is due in full on the last day of training, before the trainer leaves your facility.
- 8.Hours worked beyond the quote are billed at the same quoted hourly rate ($140/hr) and added to the final invoice.
- 9.Balances not paid within 7 days of the invoice date will accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance, and future bookings may be paused until the account is current.
- 10.NCPT accepts PayPal, Zelle, business check, and cash. A $35 fee applies to any returned check.
- 11.If you cancel or reschedule with at least 7 days written notice, your deposit is held as credit toward a new date. With less than 7 days notice, the deposit is forfeited.
- 12.Client provides MasterCam for 3D Cad/Cam computer generated programs. The client provides safe access to the machine, a safe work area, and the materials needed to run training parts.
- 13.NCPT provides instruction, programming, and website & app design services. The client remains responsible for machine operation, part inspection, and production decisions; NCPT is not liable for machine damage, scrapped parts, or downtime.
- 14.Signing your quote means you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
